How many pickup slots are available per week?

Orders are only for pickup at the store, once a week on Tuesdays. Day of service may be changed based on demand, later. Home delivery is not possible.


What is "cut-off time" and what are the cut-off times for each slot?

Cut off time is the time by which orders have to be placed, to be processed for the pick up slot.

The in-store pickup is available on Tuesdays from 4 to 8 PM . Cut off time for orders is the previous Sunday at 12 NOON.  Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed for the next slot.

Can I add or remove products after the cut off time for a slot?

Orders for fruits & veg cannot be modified. In order to modify dry grocery items, please contact our customer support.


Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?

DRY GROCERIES: We will inform you via email or text message about items that are not available, before your pickup date.

FRESH VEGETABLES & FRUITS: We will make a best effort to fulfill all items in your order but cannot guarantee availability.

Returns:

We keep groceries sun-dried and cleaned. if for any reason, there is a quality problem we accept returns of dry groceries. Please do so within 3 days and let us know the date of purchase. Veg & Fruits: Feedback on quality is welcome but we cannot accept returns. This will allow us to keep our prices reasonable.

When and how can I cancel an order?

Cancellations can be made before 12 NOON by email or phone on the day of the pick-up. We cannot accept partial cancellations. Cancellations received after 12 Noon may be charged in full, in case we are unable to sell the produce.
